Physiotheraphy and Stroke
Physiotherapy helps restore movement and function to as near normal as possible when someone is affected by injury, illness or by developmental or other disability. Physiotherapists at UCDC are not only there to solve problems – they are also there to help prevent them from arising in the first place. A physiotherapist can help you find the best way to use your body to maximize your strengths, eliminate bad habits and put minimal strain on weaker areas, to help you enjoy a more full and healthy life. Several patients benefit from the physiotherapy treatment meted out by our therapists – Dr. Shweta Patak, Dr. Aarushi Jhaveri and Dr. Arshee Iqbal Sherif. The clinic runs from Monday to Saturday and is open from 9.30 AM to 7 PM.
UCDC Physiotherapists address existing problems and proactively prevent new ones. There are three shifts. About 500 patients benefit from these clinics.
